Christmas Decorating

This past Friday while the shoppers were out shopping, I was building a shelving unit for our new transition room.

After I was finished, I brought out the holiday boxes and with help from the kids we put out all of the Christmas décor.

I have been collecting Snowmen for the past 15 years and have accumulated quite the collection.

Taylor says I am not allowed to collect anymore.  She says it looks like a snowman exploded.

It feels so much like Christmas.

Beach Day 2

First night of vacation, Newport Beach.

It was very windy and very cold.

We ate a great little restaurant in the historical part of town.  Aiden ate his first fish and chips and he was addicted.  That is all he would eat for the remainder of the vacation.

Aiden Jacob is an avid Philip Philips fan and loves the guitar.

 So, what a great way to start his birthday week and our summer vacation.
